Healthy Eating Habits

Every time you put something in your mouth, it's either building you up, or breaking you down! That's my motto, which I try to remind myself of whenever food is involved. 

Some of the things that hold us back from establishing good eating habits is time, money, knowledge and fear of change. Often we've developed the same principles taught by our ancestors, so it becomes more of a conditioning than anything else.
