Health Goals
Setting short-term & long-term goals is key however I don't believe we should be strict about the outcome necessarily. You certainly don't need the extra stress! Rest assured that if you're doing all the right things, then change will happen.

Maybe your goal is to manage your diabetes, prevent a recurrence of cancer or perhaps your doctor has advised you to change your eating habits for fear of heart disease or obesity. Whatever your reason may be, together we will figure out what's realistic and attainable for you in the short and long run. Naturally we'll monitor your progress and assess if those goals need any adjusting but most importantly we'll try to find out the reasons for not staying the course. We're striving for lasting change, so that means we need to dig a bit deeper sometimes.
